entriv.io

Designed in Cannes · Deployed worldwide

No keys to hand over.
No keys to copy.
No keys, ever again.

Your guest arrives. They tap their phone. The front gate opens. They tap again at your door. The door opens. That is the entire experience — for them, and for you.

Gate + apartment

Why owners choose entriv.io

Six worries that go away the day it's fitted.

Never wait for a guest again

No 11 pm trips to hand over a key. No frantic calls when a flight is delayed. The booking is in the system; the access opens itself.

Lose a key? It's already useless

There are no physical keys to lose, copy or leave behind. Every credential is one-shot and bound to a single stay.

Both doors, one credential

The same tap opens the building's front gate and your apartment door. Your guest never wonders which to use.

A complete audit, automatically

See every unlock, on every door, by every guest, cleaner and contractor. Owners, insurers and (when needed) the gendarmerie all get a clean record.

Nothing on the outside

The building's façade is never touched. No keypad, no panel, no camera visible from the street. Listed-building safe.

Privacy-first, by construction

No image is ever recorded. The product is auditable as a decoder-only system — GDPR / Loi Informatique et Libertés compliant on day one.

Dual control

One credential opens the gate and the door.

entriv.io is the only piece of access infrastructure your property needs. We bridge to the building's existing intercom — Comelit, Aiphone, Urmet, BPT, 2N, DoorBird and similar — so the same guest credential that opens the apartment also opens the porte cochère.

  • The lock itself — we drive a smart deadbolt (Yale Linus L2, Nuki) or an electric strike directly. Not an "open from the inside" workaround.
  • The building's intercom — a small bridge unit inside the apartment, parallel to the handset, opens the street entrance without touching the building's wiring.
  • A single source of truth — both doors are gated by the same booking and the same audit log.

Building entry · Bridge device

Opens the street entrance. No intercom panel to install.

The Bridge device sits inside your apartment alongside the existing intercom handset — invisible from the street. An opto-isolated relay wired in parallel with the "open" button fires when a valid credential is presented at the gate. Guests tap their phone to open; nothing is visible from the boulevard.

  • Any intercom brand — Comelit, Aiphone, Urmet, BPT, 2N, DoorBird, Fermax and 20+ others. For modern IP intercoms we speak to the HTTP API directly — no relay needed.
  • No app required for guests — a tap via NFC or a QR code from their booking email is all they need. Works on any phone, even a basic feature phone via SMS link.
  • Credentials auto-expire — access opens exactly at check-in and closes exactly at check-out. No lingering keys, no deactivation calls.

How guests arrive

Their phone is the key.

Guests are sent a one-tap link the morning of arrival. Open it once and the entriv.io passkey lives in their phone — Apple Wallet on iPhone, the lightweight web-app on Android. They never have to download a heavy native app, and they never have to think about it again during the stay.

1

At the gate, from the taxi

One tap in the app from the cab — the porte cochère opens.

2

At the door, by tap or proximity

Hold the phone to the apartment door; NFC reads it through the wood. The door opens.

3

No app? No problem

Their QR from the email is the fallback. The peephole reads it without recording a frame. Optical scan is only used when NFC isn't available.

Beyond the door · Matter integrations

entriv.io is the cue your whole home takes.

Through the Matter standard, the Porter speaks fluently to Philips Hue, Lutron, IKEA, Nanoleaf, Sonos, Aqara, Nest, Ecobee, Tado, Eve and every other major home-automation brand. The arrival of a guest, the start of a cleaning window, an unlock attempt at 3 am — each event becomes a cue your existing devices can respond to. No new platform to learn; we simply make the home you've already built smarter at the moment it matters.

For the owner

Energy savings, peace of mind, and a property that runs itself between stays.

  • Climate setback the moment a guest leaves — heating, cooling and water heater drop into eco mode automatically.
  • Anomaly alerts: heater on with windows open, water leak, smoke alarm during occupancy — all surfaced before they become claims.
  • Per-stay energy and consumption summary — kWh, cost, comparison to baseline — for tax and insurance.
  • Maintenance reminders that fire on usage, not the calendar: "the boiler has run 600 hours this quarter — service due."

For the guest

An apartment that feels considered, not configured.

  • Welcome scene on first unlock: lights to a warm setting, blinds half-open, climate already at the right temperature.
  • One-tap scenes in the entriv.io app: "evening", "bedtime", "morning" — no learning your particular Hue or Lutron app.
  • "Heading out" prompt on departure: one tap closes blinds, lowers heating and turns lights off — the property is set for the next arrival without a second thought.
  • Late arrival? Path lights illuminate from the entrance to the bedroom; you never fumble for a light switch in someone else's home.

For the cleaning crew

Right scene, right window, right tools — no guesswork.

  • Cleaner credential opens both doors and sets the apartment to a bright, neutral "work" scene; music off, do-not-disturb on the doorbell.
  • Linked task checklist appears in the app on unlock — change towels, restock toiletries, photograph the bed for QA.
  • Post-clean, the "staged for arrival" scene runs automatically — heating, lighting and blinds set as the next guest will find them.
  • Crew time-on-site is logged automatically against the booking, simplifying payroll for property managers.

For the building

A quiet, vigilant overlay on the apartment's safety — without becoming surveillance.

  • Smoke, CO and water-leak sensors escalate through the app to the owner, with a one-tap acknowledge → call-out flow if unanswered.
  • Noise compliance: a non-recording dB-level sensor (Minut, NoiseAware) auto-warns the guest via the app if the apartment exceeds quiet-hour thresholds.
  • Anti-intrusion: repeated invalid scans or a door opened outside a grant trigger porch lights, a discreet recording (where legally permitted) and an owner notification.
  • Vacancy mode between stays: any unexpected motion, door event or sensor trip is escalated immediately.

entriv.io is also a Home Assistant integration and exposes outbound webhooks, so anything not on Matter is reachable too. We don't replace your home — we orchestrate it at the moments that matter.

Beyond guests

Everyone else who needs to get in. Without keys, without WhatsApp, without you waiting at the door.

entriv.io covers the full picture of who can enter your property — guests, cleaners, contractors, family, deliveries, building inspectors, emergency contacts. Each gets exactly the access they need, when they need it, and no more.

Cleaners

Set a recurring window — every Tuesday 9–13 h, for instance. The credential auto-issues, an email goes to the cleaner, the apartment switches to a bright "work" scene on arrival, and a time-on-site log is attached to the visit.

Workmen & contractors

A plumber needs to come Thursday at 14 h. Issue a one-shot credential valid for that window only; require your approval before each visit if you'd rather know they're inside. Their phone number stays in the audit log.

Emergency contacts

A trusted neighbour, a building manager, your sister. Always-on credentials that don't expire, plus a one-tap "panic revoke" button that disables every active credential on every door immediately — guests included.

Deliveries

Courier arriving in 30 minutes? Issue a building-gate-only credential, set to expire in an hour. They drop the parcel inside the porte cochère; no-one has to wait in.

Family & friends

Family using the apartment for a week? Friends coming for dinner? Issue them their own credential rather than a shared key. You can see when they arrive without having to ask.

Inspectors & building manager

Gas safety check, fire alarm sweep, the copropriété chairperson doing the annual round. A predictable, time-bounded credential they can use without disturbing you for a key.

All of it logged. All of it revocable. All of it without you ever leaving the dinner table.

Devices & scenes

Every device, every room, choreographed for every moment.

Tell entriv.io which lights, blinds, thermostats, speakers and sensors live in each room — Matter, Philips Hue, IKEA DIRIGERA or Home Assistant. From that inventory we propose five named scenes — Welcome, Departure, Cleaning, Evening, Goodnight — with sensible per-device settings to start from. Edit anything you don't like and we save the result as named scenes in your existing home-automation fabric.

Tagged by room, not by pin on a plan

We deliberately skip the floor-plan-with-pins demo — pretty for screenshots, low utility in daily use. A simple room tag gives you room-scoped scenes and room-filtered audit logs without anything to maintain.

Scenes you can change in seconds

Each suggested scene is a list of plain-language actions: 'living-room ceiling lights, warm white 30%' is one line you can edit. No drag-and-drop, no programming.

Triggered by access events

The Welcome scene fires the first time a guest unlocks the door. The Cleaning scene fires when a cleaning credential is active. Goodnight is one tap in the guest app. Departure fires when a stay ends.

How it works · cross-section

Nothing on the outside. No frame ever stored.

entriv.io fits to the interior face of your front door. NFC reads the guest's phone through the wood — no exterior panel, no keypad, no visible reader. The peephole stays as a peephole; we only ever use it as a QR fallback, and the camera is built as a decoder, not a recorder.
